History:http://guilty-gear.wikia.com/wiki/Johnny
Johnny's arrival in Mayfield was early in the year of 2012. He was greeted by those from his own world, but not necessarily his own time. This in itself, caused him quite a bit of confusion... but he seemed to adjust to the idea rather quickly.
He had learned of what the town was, but his overall mood was always chipper. There was a way out of the town, and he was certain that they'd find it. Unfortunately, he suffered a droning session that lasted a couple weeks. Upon coming out of it, he was then determined to find a way out so that others wouldn't lose valuable time without reason. He went through many of the town's "events" but always came out with his head held high. It seemed that nothing, even suffering death at the hands of his own comrades, could get him down.
It was only when an important figure from home fell victim to the town's full "droning" status, that Johnny's mood seemed to shift and change. He was at a loss of what to do at first, but kept it to himself. He understood that others of the town had come to lose their loved ones in the same fashion at some point. As depressed as he was, he was stubborn and refused to show it. Someone had to keep hoping for the best, and he took it upon himself to do so. Though he would continue to watch over the shell of his former family member, in hopes that one day she'd return to him. After all, in his mind, if he could pull out of the droning process... then she could too.
Personality: Johnny is a man of passion, he cares about those around him and seeks to help those less fortunate than himself. However, more often than not he comes across as narcissistic and quite egotistic. This comes from his constant talk about his own charm and beauty. It is also added on when it comes down to fights that cannot be avoided, for the simple fact that he doesn't wish to harm his face.
He tends to view himself as quite the charmer and has made it known to others that he's quite the ladies man. Johnny is both charming and helpful to those in need. He has a tendency to flirt with any female he comes across, just to stroke his ego. Although, in rare cases, he will accidentally flirt with a male should the man be androgynous enough. When he realizes the mistake he's made, he quickly tries to duck out of the area.
Despite his womanizing and self-absorbed nature underneath he has good intentions. Growing up, he learned the importance of love through the kind actions his father had shown to him. His father would often help strangers without so much as expecting payment in return. However, during the breakout of the Gears, Johnny's father was killed, leaving the boy alone. This event left him in dismay, and he was uncertain how to handle the world. Eventually, he learned that he needed to offer love to the world to help end the war and hate.
Having acquired an airship as he grew up, he created a band for sky pirates composed mainly of orphans who had lost their parents from Gear attacks. He raised them all as if they were his own family and took on a type of Robin Hood persona: always willing to help those in need. Just as he knows the importance of family, Johnny also places great value in friendship.
This can be seen between a couple characters within the series. Most important to him is a young girl named May, whom he named his airship after: the May Ship. He found her orphaned, took her in, and raised her. He treats her as if she were part of his own family, much like a daughter, and stresses to her the importance and value of love. He seems a little oblivious to how much she adores him, boarding on love. Dizzy is also one of the few characters in the series to which he offers his protection. The man wishes to keep her safe from would be bounty hunters.
Johnny's time in Mayfield did nothing to change his overall behavior and personality. In some ways, it even strengthened who he already was. Even if, in the very end, he learned he was nothing but a digital copy
Strengths: Johnny's biggest strength is how loyal he is to his friends. During his time in Mayfield, he insisted on making sure that those who were close to him, were safe at all times. He often put himself before others and was always willing to help when able.
He's also quite obsessed with making sure he looks good at all times. Entering Equestria, might cause this little habit to explode just a bit.
Johnny is also quite skilled in means of combat! Though, the idea of having to use his mouth to hold objects such as perhaps... swords, might cause him a bit of getting used to.
Weaknesses: Unfortunately... making certain that his friends and "family" were safe, also became his undoing. When confronted by an "evil" version of one he swore to protect, he would not fight back to harm her. As Mayfield goes, when a person was injured to the point of death... they would return the next day unharmed. Even after this, he held nothing against her.
Possessions: Johnny will be arriving to Ponyville will an oversized belt that he will wear as a necklace/collar of sorts, his signature hat, and a pair of sunglasses.
Pony/Animal Type: Earth Pony
Cutie Mark: Johnny has no cutie mark!

First Person: Well, well, well... Hm! I must admit, this isn't quite what I was expecting when I woke up. I suppose that a proper introduction is in order then? After all, I can't say I recognize any of you... which is probably only for the fact I haven't met most of you. Before I get ahead of myself... the name is Johnny.
Now then... if this is a place full of curious, talking ponies...Myself being one of them... Ah!
Perhaps there is a small chance that my friends are... well, listening in on this... here... scroll. Thing. ... This is going to take some getting used to...
Third Person: There was something that bothered him most about being a talking horse. Pony. It was the fact he wasn't human anymore. The very idea didn't settle well with him, but having being part of Mayfield's body swaps... Johnny was able to adjust fairly quickly. He just wasn't used to the lack of hands, or what he thought were handsome features. Perhaps that's the only thing that happened to bother him.
Though he couldn't stop and dwell on this fact. He was stuck in this body for now and would have to go on. So he went on with his day, simply smiling and bowing his head toward other ponies. He had to be polite! It was just in his nature. As he passed by a window, and caught a look of himself in the reflection, he simply stared in utter shock.
If he was going to be a pony, as much as he didn't want to be one, then he would make certain that he looked his best. Wearing nothing but a hat and belt was hardly proper! Though, for ponies... really, none of that really mattered. That was beyond his train of thought however. After all, just because he was now a four legged animal, didn't mean he couldn't look good.
